Digital Products

All products sold through Start Mosaic Art are digital downloads and are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.

Refund Eligibility

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • A technical problem on our end prevents delivery of the product.
